ABOUT JACKIE

Over the years, I’ve played many roles for my clients.

From sports massage to therapeutic practitioner, from coach to culinary chef. And now I’ve moved into teacher.

I’ve supported my clinical clients from a place of educational experiences so that they can become their own body workers instead of relying on practitioners to make them feel better.

Don’t get me wrong, I love a good massage and curated meal plan, but I also think there is so much we can do on a daily basis to be in the driver's seat of our own health.

This is why I’m committed to educating people on how to connect and communicate with their body so that they can consciously apply any practice with intention and cultivate their own relief.

The tools I’ve shared throughout these programs are wholistic, which means they support from a full lens of healing, reflecting my wide experience as a Kinesiologist, Massage Therapist, Culinary Nutritionist, Energy Practitioner, and Fascial Stretch Specialist with 14 years of clinical experience and 20 years working in the wellness industry.

I have designed these protocol suggestions combining my experience treating people with chronic pain, teaching and training practitioners, and my own personal experience with my human body.
